The Summer Celebration Gala is our annual flagship event, and we rely on the support of dedicated volunteers to ensure its success. Volunteers would have various responsibilities, from registering and welcoming guests to setting up tables and cleaning.
Join the Gala Committee
As a Gala Committee volunteer, you will play an integral role in planning and executing a successful fundraising event to support Saint Vincent’s programs and services. This is a wonderful chance to get involved behind the scenes, connect with other committed volunteers, and know you made a real impact through your contribution of time, ideas, and effort.
- Offer your expertise in event planning, marketing, or fundraising to help organize and execute successful fundraisers.
- Assist with securing sponsors or donations for the Gala through your personal or professional network.
- Provide input and ideas for the Gala events’ themes, decorations, and entertainment.
- Help with logistics such as venue selection, catering arrangements, and ticket sales.
- Attend the committee meetings and actively participate in discussions, decision-making, and fundraising processes.
