FALL RIVER, MA – Saint Vincent’s Services (SVS or Saint Vincent’s), a leading behavioral health provider for youth and families in Southeastern Massachusetts, proudly hosted its annual Summer Celebration Gala on Friday, June 13, 2025, at Shining Tides in Mattapoisett, MA. The event, held from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., brought together supporters, sponsors, and community members to raise critical funds in support of Saint Vincent’s mission.
Set against the picturesque waterfront backdrop of Shining Tides, this year’s Gala marked Saint Vincent’s Services greatest fundraiser of the year, successfully raising nearly $60,000. Proceeds from the event will directly fund the renovation of the on-site cafeteria which serves youth receiving residential treatment.
Originally built in the 1970s, the cafeteria is undergoing a much-needed transformation to create a more energy-efficient, modern, and welcoming environment for the youth in care. Planned upgrades include improved lighting, updated interiors, and the addition of an outdoor dining area designed to create a more relaxing atmosphere during mealtimes—supporting Saint Vincent’s Services holistic approach to care and well-being.

This year’s Summer Celebration Gala proudly honored Thomas M. Quinn, Bristol County District Attorney, with the 2025 Carlin Lynch Humanitarian Award in recognition of his enduring commitment to serving others and his remarkable humanitarian efforts across the community. Set against the backdrop of a garden party, the evening featured a premium hosted bar, delicious appetizers and food stations provided by Bocca Catering of Fairhaven, a lively silent auction, and entertainment by Unique Sounds.
