FALL RIVER, MA – Saint Vincent’s Services (SVS), a leading behavioral outpatient health and congregate care placement provider for youth and families in Southeastern Massachusetts, is announcing the appointment of Sunny Cross Biello, MA, CAGS, LMHC, as Director of Behavioral Health Services, succeeding Debra Lunetta, LICSW, who is retiring after 15 years of dedicated leadership and impact. Deb began her employment in June 2010, working as a Clinician in Saint Vincent’s Services In-Home Therapy program prior to opening the outpatient clinic in 2011. Through the years, Deb transitioned to a number of leadership positions before entering her final position with Saint Vincent’s Services as the Director of Behavioral Health Services in 2022.

A cornerstone of Saint Vincent’s Services continuum of care, the Outpatient Clinic delivers trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and their families navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges. The Clinic provides comprehensive assessment, individual and family therapy, medication management, and neuropsychological evaluation. As demand for behavioral health services continues to grow across the region, the Clinic plays a critical role in expanding access, reducing barriers, and creating a pathway to alternative therapeutic outlets like the Art Therapy space coming in the summer of 2026.
Sunny Cross Biello joined Saint Vincent’s Services in 2010 as a Clinician in our STARR program (now Emergency Residence) and advanced to Intake Coordinator in 2022, where she both strengthened access to care and service delivery models. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Sunny holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health Counseling. As the Director of Behavioral Health Services, Sunny will oversee the Clinic, CBHI services, Health Services, and Central Intake, ensuring alignment across programs and advancing an integrated, client-centered model of care. She will formally assume the position on April 1, 2026, following a structured transition period to support seamless operational continuity.
