The youth at Saint Vincent’s celebrated Native American History Month by learning about their history, customs, and food. The Saint Vincent’s Food Service team prepared Corn Cakes, Nasaump, Sobaheg, and Succotash from the Wampanoag Tribe. Hominy from the Choctaw Tribe and Indian Pudding. Everyone learned something new and enjoyed tasting these specially prepared treats!
