Saint Vincent’s Services COVID-19 Precautions

We are prepared and ready to help.

As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop and spread throughout the Southcoast of Massachusetts, our entire staff team is working to continue to provide for the needs of our clients and reliable access to the important services you count on.

Promoting health and safety. For everyone.

Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety, and the need to protect those most vulnerable to the coronavirus. Saint Vincent’s is taking multiple steps to minimize health risks to our clients, staff members and our communities, including enhanced cleaning procedures in our residential environments and our Mental Health Clinic.

Additionally, effective Monday, March 16th, 2020 all visits and meetings (on campus and in the community) have been cancelled for a period of two weeks.  Additionally, we have closed Intake to our residential programs until further notice

We are available.

The Saint Vincent’s Mental Health Clinic has established a plan that allows for the utilization of HIPAA/HITECH compliant software that will allow us to utilize telehealth appointments, which allows us to continue to deliver services for children, youth and families within their own homes and without face-to-face contact in order to maintain everyone’s safety.  Our Clinicians and office staff will reach out to clients to share more information and to schedule appointments.

We know this is a challenging time for all of us and we hope to find ways to remain connected and engaged through this period of social distancing as we act in safe and protective ways. We are holding our clients, our community and our world in our hearts and prayers.
