The global pandemic, COVID-19, is impacting all of us and Saint Vincent’s Services is not exempted.
#GivingTuesdayNow, a day of giving and unity is designed to support generosity, citizen engagement, business and philanthropy activation and support for communities and nonprofits around the world.
During the pandemic Saint Vincent’s has continued to offer community based services, residential care and support through our outpatient mental health clinic for children, youth and families in need.
Efforts to keep the children, youth and staff at Saint Vincent’s safe have significantly impacted our day-to-day operations. The cost associated with the increased need to purchase Personal Protection Equipment, cleaning supplies, extra food, and the additional staffing required to provide services throughout this crisis is significant..
