Two New Directors added to Saint Vincent’s Senior Leadership Team

Kristen Dutra, MA, LMHC, Chief Executive Officer, is pleased to announce the appointments of Allison Garside to the position of Director of Quality Assurance and Debra Lunetta to the position of Director of Behavioral Health Services. 

Allison Garside’s tenure at Saint Vincent’s spans 27 years with most of those years spent as the agency’s Central Intake Coordinator.  Allison maintains relationships with most Department of Children and Families (DCF) area offices and has also worked collaboratively with administrative staff at the Regional DCF level. 

In her new role, Allison will supervise the Clinical Program Managers, Young Parent Living Program Manager, and CQI Specialist.  Allison began her position as the Director of Quality Assurance on April 18, 2022.

Allison received her bachelor’s in Psychology from Stonehill College and her Master’s Degree from Boston University’s School of Social Work receiving her LICSW in 2002.

Debra Lunetta joined Saint Vincent’s in June of 2010, bringing over 30 years of clinical and administrative experience.  During her 12 years, Deb has fulfilled the role of Clinician, Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) Clinical Manager, and most recently held the position of Clinical Manager for the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. 

In her new role, Deb will provide supervision for our Cental Intake and Health Services Department, as well as, continue to provide supervision to the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative Programs.

Deb received her bachelor’s in Social Work from Muhlenberg College and her Master’s Degree in Social Work Administration from the University of Michigan.
